A 20-yard dumpster is generally best for medium-sized renovation projects and large home cleanup projects. Here are some examples: 

  • Large Basement, Attic, or Garage Cleanouts 
  • Flooring or Carpet Removal for a Large House 
  • Deck Removal from 300 to 400 sq. ft. 
  • Single Shingle Roof Debris from 2,500 to 3,000 sq. ft.
  • Select cans available designed for clean concrete removal

ADDITIONAL charges apply for certain items, such as:

  1. Mattresses or box springs
  2. TVs
  3. Car/truck tires 
  4. Paint cans, excluding dry paint cans.
  5. Refrigerators
  6. Hidden/prohibited items
  7. Excess fee, for each ton over limit.
  8. Other prohibited items as determined by the company
  9. If any clean fill such as concrete, brick or dirt is mixed with    trash, you will be charged to have company separate it
  10. If required, Buffalo City street permits can be obtained

Hazardous and Prohibited Materials

Customer agrees not to dispose of any hazardous, dangerous, or illegal goods of any kind, including but not limited to: firearms and portions of firearms, flammable chemicals, fluids, perfumes, alcohols, and solvents, dangerous items, explosives, corrosive materials, liquids, medical waste, animal carcasses, asbestos, gasoline containers, fluorescent lights, vehicle batteries, extremely heavy equipment such as dirt, rock, mined ore, concrete, or controlled substances. Landfills refuse to accept prohibited items. Therefore, if a prohibited item is discovered, Company will bill Customer all handling charges and fees incurred by Company, and may, at Company’s sole discretion, return item(s) to Customer.
